Spare places have just cropped up for the Pop-Up Restaurant Night on Thursday 23rd May 2013.  Organised, hosted and cooked by our full-time Three Month Certificate students, you will get to sample the highlights of where their culinary journey has taken them so far.  Cost €40 per person.

 Upcoming June One Day Courses

 

Cafe Cooking (Sat 8 June)

Satisfying soups, inventive salads, savoury tarts, inspiring mains, bread and traditional baking – this course is about fresh, tasty food, much of which can be prepared in advance.

 

BBQ (Sat 15 June)

Brimming with ideas, BBQ offers a wide variety of marinades for meat and fish, interesting robust salads and salsas and techniques for cooking on gas and charcoal barbeques.

 

Baking (Sat 22 June)

Cakes, biscuits, savoury tarts, breads and pastry. Satisfying, homely recipes and treats to be enjoyed for an occasion.

 

Focus on Fish (Sat 29 June)

Develop real confidence in cooking with fish.  We’ll take you through an array of delicious recipes, teach you how to judge freshness, how to fillet fish and keys to enhancing flavours.

  1. I started off creating sausages at home mainly because I heard stories about
    what pieces of animal went into them. The dilemma is that I still prefer the ones I bought from
    the food store which almost certainly means I like the flavor of some things I
    find the notion of eating disgusting.
