National Declutter Day Saturday September 28th 2013

Saturday September 28th 2013

National Declutter Day was founded in 2012 by decluttering expert, Declutter Therapist™ Breda Stack. Breda is on a mission to get everyone in Ireland decluttering, and this unique yearly event encourages you to:

  1. Declutter to feel good
  2. Donate to charity
  3. Reuse and recycle

Decluttering is so much more than putting old or broken objects into refuse bags. A therapeutic process that often requires a change in mindset, it offers a wide range of practical and holistic benefits.

National Declutter Day is a win-win for all. Further to the many personal rewards of decluttering, others can also gain from our unwanted items. Donating to charity and reusing and recycling benefit our community, our environment and local businesses.

Get involved in National Declutter Day, Saturday 28th September 2013 by entering your details at the top of this page and you’ll also receive Breda’s complimentary Help Me Declutter pack.
