At Mumager we are passionate about helping mums successfully manage their return to work after Maternity leave. We offer advice on how to juggle babies, bosses and to-do lists while giving you techniques allowing you to banish guilt and keeping everyone happy.
We are 3 associates, all female, who noticed through our own individual work that there was a need to provide some practical advice and support for mums returning to work after maternity leave. In our line of work we meet and talk with a lot of women who are working mums. Recognizing the pressures that many of us are juggling, Mumager was born from the three of us wanting to do something practical to help mums manage that transition back to work. Our aim is to share practical advice and tools that manage that transition – so that everyone – parents, children and bosses benefit.
We are all based in Ireland and teamed up last year to create our Mumager workshop which we will be running in Dublin Wednesday 28th May 2014.
As a self-employed working mum I’m well versed in juggling conference calls, travel and deadlines with all that goes with having two gorgeous little boys. I help people to be their best at work, rest and play by running focused and interactive workshops on a range of personal development topics. I’m proud to say I can still run in my high-heels though you’ll now find a pair of flats tucked in my bag for the quick changeovers and mad sprints to catch a flight. My aim is to equip working mums with a range of tools that they can apply to their work and home lives to make the return to work easier for everyone.
A career in corporate human resources & training has helped me understand how to manage difficult people and difficult situations. Although I’m not a mum, I have been an agony aunt for many distressed and unhappy employees! I have a common-sense practical approach to things and a passion for seeing people achieve their potential. I know that unbiased common-sense HR advice can be hard to come by so it’s important to me to share my knowledge and support mums returning to work.

My aim is to help you keep your balance. As a Life and Career Coach I am passionate about supporting and enabling others to reach their goals and I have the enthusiasm and energy to match. Taking time out in this fast paced world of ours is definitely a challenge, especially for all the mums out there juggling so much. My work supporting mums returning to the work force has shown me that a positive attitude, along with clarity surrounding strengths and options can enable you to successfully manage your return to work while continuing to be an excellent parent.
