Martina Perry

Martina PerryPartner & Founder

Martina is married to rugby obsessed New Zealander Grant and is mother to two small girls, Caitlin and Elise. She recently quit her 14 year career with a major international publishing group to pursue her dreams of starting her own business and creating a support network for all working mothers. When she’s not writing from her kitchen table for she can be found with her head in the books studying for her CIMA exams or with kindle and coffee (or wine) in hand.

Elaine Lawless

Elaine LawlessPartner & Founder

Elaine has two young children, and is married to a professional chef, which means she rarely, if ever, cooks the dinner. She works part-time for a US publishing company and in 2006 she started her own CV writing business on the side, igniting a passion for entrepreneurship and a determination to help others achieve their career goals. She spends her time juggling two kids, a husband and a dog with a part-time job, a business and the remnants of what used to be a social life.

New Member Gail Condon founder of Writing for Tiny

Gail is the founder of Writing for Tiny. She is a mother of one and a registered paediatric and general nurse. Gail is now studying speech and language therapy. The idea behind these books came from both parents and children that she has met over the years. Gail noticed how responsive children were to the illustrations that she drew to distract them from procedures. They were especially receptive if they could identify themselves with the drawing …her idea was born!

Writing for Tiny is a new and innovative way to speak to children through the magic of books. It is designed to help parents or relatives to communicate with their little people about common everyday issues and about the more difficult aspects of life. Sometimes it may be difficult to find the words and that is where Writing for Tiny can help. Writing for Tiny will write and illustrate a tailor made eBook for you and your child. These are carefully written and lovingly hand illustrated eBooks. Choose between a Writing for Tiny Tale, which we personalise, or a Writing for Tiny Topic with one of our Tiny characters!

New Member Gillian Treacy – Work shops and courses helping women to increase their capacity for success

Work shops and courses helping women to increase their capacity for success

Through individual sessions and group workshops, I coach women to define what success means to them, to think creatively, trust their intuition and take the necessary steps to manifest the lives they want to create. Throughout my own life experiences, I have learned to trust myself; to follow my intuition and expand into the courage to take necessary risks. Life loves us as part of itself. We are all creative beings with the capacity to unfold our talents and bring our dreams to fruition.

As women we are more than able to support one another to become the women we were born to be. I worked for twenty years as founder and co-ordinator of a two year full time course in Photographic Studies, using that wonderful medium as a tool to connect individuals with their deep creative capacity in order to transform their lives.

Personal life challenges prompted me to study and become qualified in Psychotherapy, Shamanism, Energy Healing, Life and Business Coaching, Meditation and Mindfulness and Tai Chi and QiGong. I synthesize all of the above in my courses and workshops. A love of people, life, and our immense capacity for spiritual depth and connection are my motivations in this wonderful work.

Some Customer Feedback

I attended Gillian’s Are You Ready To Inspire course. I found the process to be transforming. I felt supported and inspired during and after the course. With Gillian’s help I managed to get out of my own way and truly believe that what I have to offer the community has value and that I am only limited by my own beliefs. I now believe I can do anything I want to. Gillian continues to support and inspire me.

Olive Walsh

Since I started with Gillian, I learned how to increase my energy and daily focus through her excellent coaching and Tai Chi experience. The course worked towards creating and developing my visions to integrate into my daily life and working towards my overall bigger goals.  Gillian was excellent developing my creativity using inspirational talks and her knowlege to identify my goals and to focus me.  This was done through weekly support and her Tai Chi experience.  Gillian is a great teacher and I enjoyed the course very much.  Thank you Gillian

New Member Mumager

At Mumager we are passionate about helping mums successfully manage their return to work after Maternity leave. We offer advice on how to juggle babies, bosses and to-do lists while giving you techniques allowing you to banish guilt and keeping everyone happy.

We are 3 associates, all female, who noticed through our own individual work that there was a need to provide some practical advice and support for mums returning to work after maternity leave. In our line of work we meet and talk with a lot of women who are working mums. Recognizing the pressures that many of us are juggling, Mumager was born from the three of us wanting to do something practical to help mums manage that transition back to work. Our aim is to share practical advice and tools that manage that transition – so that everyone – parents, children and bosses benefit.

We are all based in Ireland and teamed up last year to create our Mumager workshop which we will be running in Dublin Wednesday 28th May 2014.

Tracy Gunn

As a self-employed working mum I’m well versed in juggling conference calls, travel and deadlines with all that goes with having two gorgeous little boys. I help people to be their best at work, rest and play by running focused and interactive workshops on a range of personal development topics.  I’m proud to say I can still run in my high-heels though you’ll now find a pair of flats tucked in my bag for the quick changeovers and mad sprints to catch a flight.  My aim is to equip working mums with a range of tools that they can apply to their work and home lives to make the return to work easier for everyone.

Alex Kotsos

A career in corporate human resources & training has helped me understand how to manage difficult people and difficult situations. Although I’m not a mum, I have been an agony aunt for many distressed and unhappy employees! I have a common-sense practical approach to things and a passion for seeing people achieve their potential. I know that unbiased common-sense HR advice can be hard to come by so it’s important to me to share my knowledge and support mums returning to work.

Carma O’ Connor Dunne

My aim is to help you keep your balance. As a Life and Career Coach I am passionate about supporting and enabling others to reach their goals and I have the enthusiasm and energy to match. Taking time out in this fast paced world of ours is definitely a challenge, especially for all the mums out there juggling so much. My work supporting mums returning to the work force has shown me that a positive attitude, along with clarity surrounding strengths and options can enable you to successfully manage your return to work while continuing to be an excellent parent.

Deirdre Greaney New Member from doTERRA

Tell us about your business:
I work for myself as a Wellness Advocate under the umbrella of a company called doTERRA.

I teach classes showing people how they can use certified pure theraputic grade essential oils as a natural form of healthcare. The oils are so pure they can be used aromatically, topically and internally for a range of health concerns. One drop of peppermint oil is equivalent to 28 cups of peppermint tea. I teach to groups or to families and friends in the comfort of their own homes. The classes are free and are designed to educate people how they can be proactive in their own healthcare. They are also fun and interactive. And for anybody willing to work hard there is an opportunity to build your own business under the umbrella of doTERRA with full support, training and recognition by simply sharing the oils.
